Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

Fees and Terms of Service

I understand that the RS21 charter is subject to familiarity and adherence to the RHADC RS21 "Charter Manual", "Charter Agreement", "Boat Condition Form", "Waiver & Release Form" and the specific NOR and SIs for this event.

I authorize the $500 Entry fee that will be charged to the RHADC Account entered on this form / or needs to be transferred immediately upon entry. A separate $500 Damage Deposit will be applied to your RHADC Account / Credit card for all charters until after a boat condition review.
