Details
The trip must be $100 or over for the possibility of assistance.
There will be an application deadline for each trip.
There will be a total amount available for each trip.
There are three set amounts that may be awarded: full, half and partial.
Financial Assistance Application Process
Register with the deposit and apply for assistance or apply before registration with no guaranteed spot.
The Assistance Review Team will review the application and follow-up with the staff.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the application to process
