Personal Responsibility Policy:

When sailing with Celiac Cruise, you acknowledge the following:

1. Only items prepared and served in our Celiac Cruise private dining room(s) during assigned dining time(s) are considered part of the 100% gluten-free environment.

2. The ship, beyond our Celiac Cruise dedicated gluten-free area(s), is a multi-use venue and may contain potential allergens, including gluten. Not all items onboard, are completely gluten-free.

3. Passengers must be aware of their health situation, take necessary precautions, and carry any required medication(s).

4. Gluten-free products may still contain other allergens; it is recommended to communicate additional food allergies directly with your server.

5. While Royal Caribbean strives to offer safe gluten-free options in all venues onboard the ship, outside of the Celiac Cruise dedicated gluten-free dining room cross-contact is possible. Please exercise caution, as you would in any non-dedicated dining room environment.

6. The cruise organizers, sponsors, and partners do not endorse the food and ingredients on the cruise. While Celiac Cruise transparently assesses the cruise line's procedures and practices, it does not take responsibility for the gluten-free nature of onboard products. It's important to note that Celiac Cruise doesn't purchase or prepare the meals; Royal Caribbean's onboard chefs handle that. However, Celiac Cruise thoroughly vets every ingredient used in its meals to ensure they are gluten-free.

7. Passengers are responsible for making gluten-free choices and asking questions about food and beverages consumed outside the dedicated gluten-free dining room. When unsure, seek clarification from your server or the chef.

Direct Booking Policy
I understand that the Celiac Cruise designated dining room is a private gluten-free venue. In order to have access to our gluten-free dining room, menu and events, I must book my cruise directly through Celiac Cruise. Failing to do so will result in a dining room assignment in a venue that is NOT dedicated gluten-free. This also includes friends and family that want to sail with me.

Travel Insurance:
For US Citizens, I/we agree to agree to review the Travel Insurance quote that will be sent to me by the Total Travel Celiac Cruise Team. I realize that insurance is highly recommended and is my responsibility to review and possibly purchase the quote in order/we to have the coverage we need to protect our trip.

For Non-US citizens, I understand it is my responsibility to obtain a travel insurance quote from a licensed travel agency or travel insurance company in my own country.

Payments and Final Payment:

The Total Travel Celiac Cruise team is happy to offer a convenient payment plan. Ask for details.

I acknowledge and agree that final payment will be March 1, 2025.

I also acknowledge and agree that if any cabins not paid in full by the due date are subject to cancellation without refund.

Non-Refundable, date and name changes
The deposit for this cruise is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

A change fee of $100 USD per guest will apply for ship or sail date changes.

Name changes are sometimes available for a $50 pp name change fee ask for details.

Cabin for 1: Cruises are based on double occupancy so solo travelers normally pay double occupancy for the cruise rate but pay taxes only once. If you find a roommate between now and next year, you can add them to the cabin and you would only pay their taxes.
