Treatment application dates are based on when the County has prepared the roads and authorized us to begin spraying. Dates are subject to change and are impacted by the weather. The first application occurs Mid-May through Mid-June. The second application is 60-75 days after the first application.

Applicant agrees to maintain flags to mark outer limits of the area to be treated. Flags must be in place May 6th until October 31st. Failure to do this could result in the area being bladed. Neither the County nor R&C Dust Control assume any liability if your flags are not in place. If the area is not marked, drivers will either center treatment on your house or use their best judgment for location.

R&C Dust Control does not guarantee the performance of the product due to factors such as surface preparation, weather, gravel materials, heavy traffic patterns and road maintenance.

Applications received after the County Roads Department has the list for preparation will be assessed a $100 trip charge to be paid prior to treatment.
