What are the costs involved?
There is no cost to contract with Equita as a broker or associate. We are not structured as an affinity group or MLM organization. Our company is licensed in the financing & insurance sectors and have Form D filings for our investment products with the SEC.
Insurance agents, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, loan originators, investment advisors, and independent sales agents contract with us at no cost to offer our products and services to their clients and prospects.
Brokers or Agencies who contract with us fall within three distinct sales channels.
1. Brokers with their own client base or book of business. They also receive high quality referrals from their book which makes it sustainable. This is our premium sales channel with the highest closing percentage and overall sales volume.
2. Brokers who have their own lead sources or marketing efforts to generate qualified prospects for our financial products. This usually includes a well-built and maintained referral network as well as a budget for both online and offline marketing activity.
3. Brokers who do NOT have an active client base -or- reliable sources to generate qualified prospects consistently. Typically, brokers in this channel rely on cold prospecting (telephone, email, direct) and/or purchasing leads or lists from vendors.
Our company does not sell leads. If a broker wants to utilize our platform to generate qualified prospects and increase production for their own agency, they can purchase access directly from the company in the same way they would purchase the services of an A.I. powered marketing platform from an outside vendor or provider.
It is NOT a requirement nor is it mandatory for a broker or associate to utilize or purchase access to our platform.
The cost to utilize the platform is based on individual needs. There are multiple price points based on usage which range from a single marketing campaign up to a branded (to your agency) and fully operational platform which is owned by the broker, built to their specifications, and is administered by a technical & creative staff to manage the marketing campaigns of that specific broker.
Purchases of fully-branded platforms -or- usage costs for large, multi-layered, continous campaigns can be financed or structured into monthly payments. Usage costs for individual SaaS solutions are paid per campaign.
The fully-branded platform specifically caters to our larger agencies and ISOs which have agents/associates contracted underneath their own umbrella as well as other products outside of Equita which can be marketed from their own platform. Our contracts with independent brokers are not exclusive (non-captive).
Details on pricing for access to services and solutlons provided by the platform or having your own platform built to specification for your own brokerage (or other businesses) can be discussed at the candidate's request during the interview.
To Summarize: There is no cost to contract with Equita as an Independent Broker or Associate. If you have your own clients, prospects, marketing, or other means of sourcing/originating deals, you are welcome to join the team. If you are a broker who is currently without any clients or prospects, we simply have a very powerful, fully automated, means for you to generate business quickly which has a usage cost and is purely optional.
