If this is your first year with us at Tax Invest Accounting, please provide a full copy of your 2023 Tax Return inc rental and depreciation schedules

Please provide ownership details of the property as per title

INCOME

Please provide your EOY Summary Report from your Property Manager or Short Term Platform Provider (eg Air BNB) 

If you have rented the property yourself please provide your bank statement displaying rental income received between 01/07/2023 to 30/06/2024.

Did you receive any insurance income?

EXPENSES

We will require all copies of invoices for any expenses that you are claiming, whether they were paid by yourself or through your property manager.

Do you have a depreciation schedule?

INVESTMENT LOAN

Please ensure that you have provided a copy of all of your investment loan statement/s for 01/07/2023 to 30/06/2024
We need to see all transactions in the financial year, not just EOY totals

Did you refinance your investment loan in this financial year?

SALE OR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY

Did you purchase a property in this financial year?

If yes, please provide your purchase settlement statement and all 
associated costs for your property purchase

Did you sell a property in this financial year?

If yes, please provide purchase and sale settlement statements and 
all associated costs for the purchase and sale your property
