Cross and Crown Trademark License Application Form

The Cross and Crown design is a registered trademark of the Christian Science Board of Directors of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts. Anyone seeking to use the trademark must apply for a license through this Cross and Crown Trademark License Application Form.

Single or multiple uses may be included in one application form as long as you are ready to provide a mockup for each use that shows how you are using the Cross and Crown trademark. A reduced fee will apply to multiple uses made in one application.

Please note that we cannot process applications which are missing any of the required information as indicated below.
