330 € - 220 € > early bird discount, if payment is received by 14.1.2025
330 € - 280 € > afterwards
Sliding scale: The minimum fee is for people with a low income.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel until January 14th, we will keep an administration fee of 50€
From September 15th onwards we will keep 100€, after February 7th we will keep the full participation fee
(In case we can fill your place from the waiting list we will only keep 50€)

If you for any reason are unable to participate in the event, we will unfortunately not be able to refund your participation fee.
