Should you wish to distribute items or provide food and/or beverages at your booth, your request must be received by 27 March, 2025. Any exhibitor found distributing unapproved items or food and/or beverages will be required to cease distribution.

Please note the following items are not permitted to be distributed at any time by exhibiting companies:

Food and Beverage service is prohibited during the opening reception - Sunday, 27 April during the hours of 6-7pm.

Exhibitors cannot order or serve alcohol in the Exhibit Hall at any time. Exhibitors cannot order or serve food during the Opening Reception on Sunday, 27 April, 2025.

All food and beverage must be ordered through the convention centers approved vendors. Outside vendors will not be permitted without convention center advanced approval. Refer to the exhibitor kit for more information.
