A Corporate Event is any activity (staff meeting, sales meeting, press conference, symposium, seminar, workshop, dinner, reception, investigator meeting, advisory board meeting, marketing event, etc.) funded, organized, or offered by any for-profit commercial organization and held in the Boston area from Friday, 25 April through Wednesday, 30 April, 2025.

I understand the ISHLT policies regarding Corporate Events and agree to adhere by them. I also agree that if the number of HCP attendees at this event exceeds the expected number listed above, I will pay to ISHLT the amount due for the additional attendees.

Applications to host a Corporate Event include a $200 USD non-refundable application fee per event, which will be applied to your total corporate event fee. If the Corporate Event is cancelled or you choose not to move forward, the $200 USD application fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to other support items.

YOUR APPLICATION IS NOT CONSIDERED COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

Once you select submit an email invoice will be generated for your advanced deposit and full corporate event fee. This email will come from lisa.collins@ishlt.org
