ADLTED 739 - Carpentry Tool Use and Safety

Students will learn about the safe and proper use of hand and power tools in residential carpentry. Students will also learn basic carpentry skills and use tools in basic carpentry projects. 

**The courses will be taught in English.**

***IMPORTANT NOTE: OSHA 10 (ADLTED 740) is required before taking Carpentry Tools (ADLTED 739). Contact us for more information. **

If you completed the OSHA 10 training with an agency outside of SRJC, please email a copy of your OSHA 10 card to adulted@santarosa.edu so we can complete a prerequisite challenge for you. Otherwise, you cannot sign up for the ADLTED 739 course.
