Commitment to Adoration Hour at SMM

1) I will spend one hour of adoration weekly (or additional hours if desired),

2) I will ensure that a replacement is available if I am unable to make your scheduled time,

3) I will always sign in and out so we have a log of who has been in the chapel,

4) I will always remain in adoration during your designated time, even if another Mass or liturgy is taking place in the church.

We are asking for a six-month (re-)commitment, and of course, we would be delighted if you would choose to re-commit again after six months. We will contact you again as it gets closer to the six-month mark.

Please complete and sign this acknowledgment, including which adoration hours you are committing to, and submit it to Fr. Eric.

I commit myself to signing in and out in order to keep track of who was present in the chapel, and I will ensure that there is a replacement adorer in the chapel during my time if I cannot be present on a particular occasion. I also realize that even if another liturgy is taking place in the church, my primary obligation is to remain in the chapel in adoration during the hour(s) I commit to.
