While our cruise partners may be able to accommodate other dietary restrictions, Celiac Cruise is primarily a Gluten-Free sailing. We have had many guests successfully sail with Celiac Cruise who also had additional dietary restrictions/allergies. However, they understood that options for additional dietary restrictions might be limited, and they took measures to discuss their specific dietary/allergy needs with the chef.

However, options for additional dietary restrictions may be limited and you will be required to discuss these matters directly with your server and onboard culinary team.

Celiac Cruise Personal Responsibility Policy:
When sailing with Celiac Cruise, you acknowledge the following:
1. Dedicated Gluten-Free Environment
Only items prepared and served in our Celiac Cruise private dining room(s) during assigned dining time(s) are considered part of the 100% gluten-free environment.
2. Potential Allergens Outside Celiac Cruise Venues
The ship, beyond our dedicated Celiac Cruise dining and lounge areas, is a multi-use space that may contain potential allergens, including gluten. Items offered outside of our venues are not guaranteed to be gluten-free.
3. Personal Responsibility and Medication
Passengers are responsible for understanding their own health needs, taking appropriate precautions, and carrying any required medications.
4. Other Allergens in Gluten-Free Products
Gluten-free items may still contain other allergens. If you have additional food allergies or sensitivities, please inform your server to ensure proper accommodations.
5. Cross-Contact Outside Dedicated Venues
While Royal Caribbean strives to offer safe gluten-free options across the ship, cross-contact remains possible outside of the Celiac Cruise private dining room(s). Please exercise the same level of caution you normally would in a non-dedicated dining environment.
6. Disclaimer on Food Endorsement and Preparation
Celiac Cruise, its organizers, sponsors, and partners do not endorse or control all food and ingredient choices on the ship. Although Celiac Cruise thoroughly reviews Royal Caribbean’s operations and procedures, the culinary team is responsible for the purchasing and preparing of all meals. Celiac Cruise takes measures to vet every ingredient used in its dedicated dining venues to ensure they are gluten-free but does not accept responsibility for all onboard products.
7. Additional Dietary Restrictions
If you have dietary restrictions beyond gluten, please inform your server at the start of each meal and discuss your needs with a chef. While Celiac Cruise is a dedicated gluten-free experience, we make every effort to accommodate additional dietary requirements. Please be aware that you may need to pre-order certain dishes, and your menu options could be limited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable dining experience for everyone.
8. Informed Choices Outside Dedicated Dining
Passengers must make informed decisions about any food or drink consumed outside the Celiac Cruise dining room(s). If you are uncertain about an item, please ask your server or chef for clarification before consuming it.

Direct Booking PolicyI understand that the Celiac Cruise designated dining room is a private gluten-free venue. In order to have access to our gluten-free dining room, menu and events, I must book my cruise directly through Celiac Cruise. Failing to do so will result in a dining room assignment in a venue that is NOT dedicated gluten-free. This also includes friends and family that want to sail with me.

Travel Insurance:For US Citizens, I/we agree to agree to review the Travel Insurance quote that will be sent to me by the Total Travel Celiac Cruise Team. I realize that insurance is highly recommended and is my responsibility to review and possibly purchase the quote in order/we to have the coverage we need to protect our trip. For Non-US citizens, I understand it is my responsibility to obtain a travel insurance quote from a licensed travel agency or travel insurance company in my own country.
