The Convocation is being held at The Catholic University of American (CUA), located in Washington DC, USA, starting on Friday, June 27 through Sunday, June 29, 2025. Everyone interested in Carmel is welcome to attend.
Leadership Day is held during the day on Friday, June 27, 2025. Everyone interested in Carmelite leadership, is welcome.
The price for each and the planned agenda are below. Please note that prices include room and meals.
All talks will be in English. No translation services are available.

The cost for Leadership Day is $125 USD. It includes registration, room and dinner Thursday night (June 26), and breakfast and lunch on Friday (June 27).
Leadership Day Registration starts at 8 am on Friday, and ends with Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception at 4 pm.

The cost for the Convocation is $525 USD. It includes: Registration, Room for Friday and Saturday nights (June 27 & 28); dinner and a Dessert Social on Friday (June 27); breakfast, lunch and Banquet on Saturday (June 28); breakfast on Sunday, June 29.
Convocation Registration starts at noon on Friday. Mass is at 4 pm in the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, followed by the Welcome presentation by Fr. MÃceál O'Neill. The Convocation ends Sunday with Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception at 10:30 am.

CUA Double Room
The cost for Leadership Day is $125 USD and the Convocation is $525 USD. These costs include the meals stated in each section above and a double dorm room on the campus of Catholic University of America. A double room is one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Two double rooms shares a bathroom between them (Jack and Jill style).
CUA Single Room
For an additional cost of $25 USD for Leadership Day and $25 USD for the Convocation you can stay in an apartment/suite style room which has a single bed in the bedroom and 4 or 5 bedrooms in the apartment/suite. Each apartment/suite has one toilet room , one shower room and two sinks.
Each bedroom has a refrigerator and a microwave. Each room has Wi-Fi access. All rooms are air conditioned.

All meals will be in the Dining Hall at Catholic University. There are several food stations you can choose from which should accommodate any dietary restrictions. The Banquet Saturday night is catered. Do you have any dietary restriction for the Banquet?
