PLEASE NOTE: LAPTOPS and DESKTOPS (Ios or Widows Operating system) are strongly recommended for use by delegates to participate online. iPads or Android tablets can be used if necessary, however, they are NOT the preferred device for online participants.

· Only one delegate per device will be permissible. Only one delegate will be able to vote per device. Sign on by multiple delegates from the same device will not be permitted.
