The trip includes roundtrip economy coach airfare to Charlotte NC, a two-night hotel stay, ground transfers from the airport to the resort, and all scheduled meals. Incidentals, transportation to and from your home airport, baggage fees and parking not included.

TERMS OF ATTENDANCE

Schedule of Events

Accepted delegates are required to attend all events on the PTEX schedule, including mandatory one-on-one supplier host appointments, group presentations, and networking meal functions as assigned by show management. If you are selected, your trip includes roundtrip economy coach airfare to Charlotte, NC, a two-night hotel stay, ground transfers from the airport to the resort, and all scheduled meals. Your hotel stay comes at no cost on Tuesday, June 24 and Wednesday, June 25. If you choose to arrive before Tuesday, June 24 or depart after Wednesday, June 25, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the additional hotel room nights and the airline ticket balance if your alternative dates result in an increase in cost. Your airport transportation will not be covered for alternative dates. Incidentals, transportations to and from your home airport, baggage fees and parking not included.

Airfare Clause

Once travel has been booked, any additional charges or changes made to the reservation will be at your own expense. If attendance is canceled after your airfare is booked, you are responsible for refunding PTEX the cost of your airline ticket. Your ticket will then appear as a travel credit in your name and can be used again based on specific airline policies.
