Registration for CIC 2025 Tours will continue through August 15, 2025.


If a tour reaches full capacity, the selection option will be greyed out. You will have an opportunity to be put on the “waitlist” to be contacted if an opening becomes available.

  • Up to June 1st - Full Refund
  • June 1st – July 31st - 50% refund
  • After July 31st - No refund

Make sure that you have not signed up for two tours scheduled at the same time. To complete your tour registration, check the reCAPTCHA button to prove you are not a robot and then click the "Register" button at the end of the page. You will not be able to use your previous button or back arrow to return to the tour registration/selection screens once you have clicked the Register button.


After clicking the "Register" button, you will be sent to a new screen to enter your credit card information. Verify the billing name and address, correcting as needed. Be sure to update the default month/year. Once the payment information is entered, click the "Purchase" button. Waitlist options will not incur a charge at this time.


You will receive an email shortly (within one hour) following a successful registration indicating we received your entry. The email will be with the subject "2025CIC Tour Registration for ".  If you do not receive an email, check your other folders (such as promotion, social, spam or junk) to make sure it was not incorrectly directed.
