Embodying the Enneagram:
Nine Ways to Know the Bliss of Being

Friday, June 13 - Wednesday, June 18, 2025

Welcome to the registration form for Embodying the Enneagram! We're looking forward to seeing you. If you have any difficulties filling out this form, please contact Sarah at sarah@cfnc.us or text 571-339-9666.

The basic registration fee includes programs, all meals, and a campsite. You can also upgrade to a bed, a cabin, or a motel room nearby for additional cost.

Please be aware that all attendees of this event must preregister - we do not take walk-in campers.

Basic Information

What you'd like us to call you.
Please give your name as it appears on your photo ID.

Please feel free to choose all that apply, or none at all.

Contact Information

If we have questions about your registration, what is the best way to reach you?
We'll be creating an email listserv for the retreat participants to get to know each other and share resources before the event and to share experiences afterward. Would you like us to add you to this listserv?
After camp, we will make a contact sheet so that event participants can stay in touch. What contact information would you like included?  Note: you will be able to change your choices after you arrive at camp.

Do you have a website or business that you would like other attendees to know about, such as something that showcases your music, art, or other endeavors? Please list it below, and we'll include it in the contact sheet.

Note that we don't endorse anyone's projects -- this is strictly for informational purposes.

Who should we contact in case of emergency? This should preferably be someone who is not also attending this event.

Phone, email, texting app, etc.

Arrivals & Departures

We ask everyone to arrive by 6:00pm on Friday.  When do you plan to arrive?

If you can't stay for the entire time, this event can still be a powerful experience.  If you must leave early, we understand, and appreciate the time that you could spend with us.  Do you need to leave early?

For example, Tuesday, after lunch.

Extend your community experience by volunteering with friendly organizers and other participants to help set up and take down our infrastructure! Pre-camp is a great way to reduce the overwhelm from taking in lots of new people and new experiences all at once, while post-camp can help you with a slower, gentler integration out of the event.

We offer scholarships for lower income people who would otherwise not be able to attend. If possible, we ask that you increase your contribution to help fund these scholarships. Increase my registration fee by:

Scholarship funds are available for those truly in need. If you want to be at camp, we want to have you here! Fill out the request form here by May 29, 2025https://www.cfnc.us/events/enneacamp/financial-assistance

It is the applicant's responsibility to respond to organizer queries about financial aid in a timely manner. All financial aid arrangements must be finalized by June 6, 2025.

Carpools

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find a carpool for you, but we will try our best and let you know by June 9 if our efforts were successful.

Accommodations

Abrams Creek Campground has a fully equipped lodge house, rustic cabins (no plumbing, but all are heated), and tent sites.

A camp site is included with your registration fee. You can also upgrade to a bed in a shared room in the lodge or cabin, a private room, or even an entire cabin (subject to availability). If you are upgrading your accommodations, you will receive an invoice with your bed assignment about a week before camp begins.
If you requested a queen bed to share with another camper, please give their name here.
If you would like to be placed in the same room or cabin as specific other campers, please give their name or names here.

Meals

Meals will be primarily vegetarian with vegan options. With enough advance notice, we can accommodate many special food needs. In addition, there is space to store personal food and a small kitchen where those with special diets can prepare what they need.

The following are the most common dietary restrictions we encounter. Please let us know what works for your body.

Health Policy

Out of care for our community, we have developed a protocol to reduce the risk of spreading contagious diseases at this retreat.  This protocol includes a combination of reducing exposure before the event, testing for COVID before and at the event, and procedures to contain illnesses at the event.

The protocol is online at https://www.cfnc.us/events/enneacamp/health/.  Please read it carefully, and feel free to contact us at info@cfnc.us if you have any questions.

Please mark all that are true for you.

Experiences and Identities - Optional Questions

A core value of New Culture is diversity and inclusion. To this end we do our best to structure teams, spaces, and workshops in ways that enable everyone to feel safety and belonging at camp.

The following questions are optional and assist us in better serving participants, as well as help us get an idea of shifting demographics over time.  We appreciate any level of detail you are willing to give us - please only share what feels right to you to share!
