Photo consent

From time to time, we take photos/videos of children attending Dance Trix classes and events and your child may feature in these as a current or previous Dance Trix student. These may be used on our social media, website and other promotional materials. We will not include a child's full name along with any image.

You may withdraw consent at any time for future photographs and videos. However, retrospective withdrawal of consent for material already published is only possible for the removal of any individual photos/videos from our social media and website. We regret that it may not be possible to remove images etc from other promotional material or group photos/videos.

In exceptional circumstances, were the retrospective withdrawal of consent is necessary, we will attempt to remove as many photos and videos as possible. However, in order to do so from where your child features within a group, this may involve adapting the source to make your child non-identifiable rather than removing it entirely.

2. The information you have provided will be valid for the duration of your child's time as a student at Dance Trix. It is your responsibility to update both principals in writing of any changes to these details.

You understand that Dance Trix Ltd is run by two principals (Katie Rix and Leanne Curry) who hold relevant insurance and are qualified up to Licentiate level with the Professional Teachers of Dancing. From time to time, classes are run or assisted by Student Teachers or Class Assistants, all bearing the necessary experience and/or qualifications required for the role.
