2026 Board of Directors Application

We are looking for qualified REALTOR® members to serve on the Board of Directors and help shape the future of the Association. We are now accepting applications for the 2026 Board of Directors!

For those who are interested in applying for a 2026 Board of Directors and Officers position, we ask that you refer to our Board of Directors Election FAQ prior to submitting your application, which includes qualifications, position, timeline and more.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

The following positions are open for the 2026 Board of Directors Election:

President-Elect (serves as President in 2027)
Treasurer (to serve in 2026)
Four (4) Board of Directors positions (position is a two-year term, serving 2026-2027)

All applications must be received by CDAR by Thursday, April 10, 2025 by noon to be considered.

Applications will then be sent to the CDAR Credentials Committee for review. You must agree to be interviewed by the Credentials Committee. Interviews will be conducted on Friday, April 11, 2025.

You must be available for a 30-minute interview window on that day. Once your application has been received, you will receive confirmation of receipt and your interview time, which the Association will assign. All applicants will be notified should any scheduling change occur.

Candidates must commit to attending the Candidate Campaign Policy meeting on Thursday, April 24th at 10 AM. This will be an in-person meeting discussing campaign policies with candidates. Campaigning will begin that same day at 1 PM for all candidates.

There will be a CDAR Candidates Forum on Thursday, June 12th at 8:30 AM. Attendance is highly encouraged. The voting period for the 2026 Board of Directors Election will open that same day, on June 12th at 11 AM.

In order to qualify to run for the position sought on the 2026 Board of Directors, you must meet the qualifications, which can be found in the CDAR Policies and Procedures manual and in the Board of Directors FAQ.

Remember, all applications must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 10, 2025 by 12 PM.
