VEHICLE REPAIR & PAYMENT POLICY

We thank you for choosing Al Brodeur’s as your trusted repairer.  To make the experience as fluid and hassle free as possible, we have a few guidelines for booking your repair with Al Brodeur’s Auto Body.
 
RENTAL RESERVATIONS:

We will arrange a rental with our preferred vendor, Enterprise Rent-A-Car at your request.  Enterprise will bring the rental to our facility and process the rental agreement at the time of your appointment.  Please be prepared with your driver’s license and a major credit or debit card.  In most cases, Enterprise will arrange a direct-bill with the insurance carrier paying for your repairs.
 
FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS:

In order for Al Brodeur’s to reserve a repair slot in our production schedule, we require payment based on the original appraisal prepared by the insurance carrier handling your claim.  On your scheduled drop off date, or beforehand if applicable, be prepared with one of the following forms of payment:

If you have received payment from your insurance carrier, please follow the instructions below:  

Insurance Check – this is our preferred payment method.  Do not worry if a lien holder is listed, we take care of the endorsement for you.
I deposited my insurance check – how do I pay?

Personal check, bank check, cash or credit card

** If paying by credit card please be advised we participate in cash discounting so you will incur additional fee of 3.75% to use your credit card**

If no payment has been issued, our DIRECTION TO PAY form will instruct your insurance carrier to pay us directly.  Any deductible amounts or additional monies related to the repair of your vehicle will be due at the completion of the repairs.FOR CUSTOMER PAY CLAIMS:In order for Al Brodeur’s to reserve a repair slot in our production schedule, we require a 50% deposit on your scheduled drop off date, or beforehand if applicable.

Failure to comply with our payment policy waives your right to the scheduled appointment date and no parts will be ordered for your repair.
