Housing Installment Extension Form

Housing Installments are due before the 4th of every month. Payments received on or after the 4th will acquire a late fee charge of $35.00. Balances remaining after the 10th of the month, will acquire an additional $50.00 late fee charge.

Financial Aid Funds are directly disbursed to the Western U Student, NOT directly disbursed to the Daumier. It is the resident's responsibiliy to make all installment payments to the Daumier. The Daumier does NOT verify that financial aid/loans/scholarships will cover the total housing cost. It is the responsibility of the resident to confirm their funds will cover the cost of housing.

Residents can make all payments using the Resident Portal.

*Along with this form the resident must submit offical documentaion. Documentation must have Resident's Name, Expected Disbursment Amount and Amount Disburment Date.

*Automatic Reoccurring payments must be stopped by the resident through their Resident Portal. 
The Daumier is NOT responsible for stopping any automatic reoccurring payments. Payments will be processed as scheduled if not stopped by the 1st of the month.


All forms must be submitted by the 1st of the month, for Housing Extensions to be approved.
